Don had a successful sales and marketing career as a Field Engineer at Hewlett-Packard Company where he helped to develop and implement the drug testing programs for the Summer/Winter Olympics and the US Army, Navy, and Air Force. Don started his real estate career at Interstate Commercial Brokers in 2005 and joined Wagner Realty in 2009 as a dedicated Commercial Realtor. Don is very enthusiastic about the opportunity to offer the full range of Wagner Realty services with the attention to detail essential to our commercial clients. Our commercial clients will also benefit from the strong relationships Don has cultivated with our local bankers, engineers, architects, insurance professionals, builders, developers, and county officials. Many developers have entrusted Don to sell and/or lease a variety of their properties including industrial stand-alone buildings, flex space units, office space, retail space, and vacant land.

Don has been a resident of eastern Manatee County for over ten (10) years. He was elected both vice-president and president of the Panther Ridge Preserve Community HOA. As chairman of the Architectural Review Board for four (4) years, Don had the unique opportunity to work directly with many of the area’s most prominent builders. He was also responsible for overseeing the scope of work and performance of the community’s property management, landscaping, and maintenance contractors.

Don has an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Widener University and a BS in Chemistry from Villanova University. He has solid experience with sales, marketing, contracts, finance, build-outs, and property maintenance & management.
