Ken Swan has been a commercial real estate broker since 2010 when he joined Coldwell Banker Commercial in Houston, Texas. Prior to becoming a commercial realtor Ken spent 39 years in commercial banking, the last ten years specializing in SBA lending.
In addition to commercial real estate, Ken is responsible for the business brokerage group at Wagner Realty. He is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida and former secretary of the South Florida chapter of the BBF.
